When can I expect my order to arrive?

The arrival time of your order depends on your chosen delivery option. If your delivery has not arrived within the specified delivery time, and you've been waiting longer than expected, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@kinzzu.com.

Something from my order is missing, what do I do?

If you've noticed that an item from your order is missing, please reach out to us at support@kinzzu.com with details of the issue. We'll promptly respond and guide you through the next steps to resolve the matter.

How do I cancel my Order?

To cancel your order, please contact us at support@kinzzu.com. We'll assist you with the cancellation process.

Do you offer free returns?

Certainly! You can return any non-sale items purchased on Kinzzu.com within 7 working days from the delivery date and receive a full refund (excluding custom-made clothing). Here's how to do it:

  • Ensure that the items are in the same condition you received them, with all tags still attached. Any perfume scent, damage, or stain marks will void the return policy, so please ensure the item has not been worn.

  • Post the package within 7 working days from the delivery date. You can send your return via Royal Mail or choose an alternative courier. If you opt for an alternative courier, please ensure there is insurance covering the value of the returned items in case of theft or loss during delivery to our head office. We recommend using a Track & Trace service with the shipping carrier, as you will be liable for the full value of the listed item(s) in the event of loss.

  • Send your returns to the address provided in the email. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, kinzzu.com will not be able to issue a refund, and the package will be sent back to you.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Absolutely! If you'd like to request a different size and there's a cost difference, we'll cover the additional cost for you. However, if you wish to exchange your item for a higher-priced product, you will need to pay the difference.

How do I add or remove myself from your mailing list?
